Mabey these tough economic times will create that manifestation- money talks.

It would be a great way to raise revenue w/o raising taxes.

Weed in and by itself isn’t as harmful as most drugs,but SMOKING anything will contribute to Heart Disease and Hypertension which is STILL the number one killer of Black Folks.If you must indulge,bake it or drink it in a tea.You get the same buzz without the ramifications of smoking.
