I thank the hosts and guests for bring some joy at the Luncheon in Honor of Sickle Cell Patients. Anyone who knows anything about SCD knows that as much pain as they go through in life, this wonderful experience will allow a bit of joy into their lives. Lets not forget about the damage that people with the Trait can also experience(as stated above). for those of you talking trash . . . What have you done lately for SCD patients? Do you donate blood? Is your marrow registered? Are you a SCD Advocate?

Stop the hate and allow those that want to bring alittle love to those in need to do so.
