David Banner struck a chord last week when he called the Reverend a “Permed Out Pimp”. Little did he know, Al’s hair is a bond with the late James Brown who had suggested the slick “pimped out” hairdo almost a decade ago:
“Straighten your hair like mine so when people see you they think you’re my son. Papa’s giving you a brand-new ‘do!”
And to think all this time we thought he was trying to pull the ladies.
