T.I. To Be Released In Late September Not End Of August As Previously Reported

C’mon, son!

Tiny is calling shenanigans on the prison officials who called for T.I.‘s return to the slammer one day after he made his triumphant half-return to the streets.

She tells TMZ:

…when the tour bus rolled up to the Arkansas prison yesterday, prison officials “Walked him over, took pics and told him good luck in life.”

TMZ broke the story … the warden ordered T.I. back into custody after he made the trek to his halfway house, claiming T.I. only informed officials he would be traveling in a van … and not a tricked out tour bus.

But Tiny says, “This is a bunch of bulls**t … they should have said something before he got on the bus … T.I. would have politely gotten into a van.”

She adds, “T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know … and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it’s not gonna work! ‘Cause what God got for him, can’t no man take that away … period!”

In case you missed the reports earlier, T.I. was transferred to the federal penitentiary in Atlanta last night, just one day after reporting to a half-way house to do the last month of his original 11-month sentence.

Now comes the full explanation, according to TMZ reports:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ — when a prisoner is incarcerated in a low or medium security prison … prison officials can allow the inmate to use a private, unescorted mode of transportation to travel from the prison facility to the halfway house.

During the process of approving such a transfer, the prisoner must state specifically what mode of transportation he or she will be using. Our sources tell us … T.I. informed prison officials he would be taking some sort of van, but made no mention of the high-end, pimped out tour bus.

We’re told prison officials felt T.I. should have fully disclosed the nature of his party bus. Neither drugs nor alcohol were found on the bus.

And get this … law enforcement sources tell us … when the U.S. Marshals arrived at the halfway house to take T.I. back to prison, the halfway house honcho actually got into an argument with them, saying it was ridiculous to send him back for such an alleged violation. But the Marshals had their orders, and took T.I. back to the pokey.

SMDH. See, now they’re just f***ing with that n***a ’cause they can. Let that man cook, lol!

White folk full of shhhh I can see why he road a tour bus instead of taking a plane. It gave him time to spend with family and friends and also take care of business. He also spent sometime on top his wife. For them to lock him back up over a tour bus ride is some BS. They hate to see a black man with money.

  • Marie

I got tired of him getting in trouble but this is ridiculous. This is just bull$hit. This time I truly hope he get through this done. Life can be &uck up at times.

Ok this is some straight bullsh**. I read a statement from one of TI’s attorney who says that when he was released his tour bus was parked in full view of prison officials and that a guard escorted him to the bus. Wtf? This only proves that after he left the grounds, those punk azz mofos got pissed that this black man left prison in a bus that costs more then the trailers they livin in. If it was a problem they should have said something while he was there. Racism and jealousy is alive a well.

When he gets out, he better not get caught speeding jaywalking spitting on the sidewalk. He bet not get caught with a tylenol, or he sure as shi* going back to the clink.

Keep you head up and spirits high, babyboy. You will be out soon. And PLEASE stay out. Lovn me some TI, Nikkislim.

Sorry but I agree with the FEDS! What reason is there to be on a big tour bus? Seriously you are going to a halfway house. He is not special yes I’m a fan of TI but it gets really old playing the race card. He should have gotten a ride in a regular vehicle. The FEDS took it as him sayn “f” u etc. No he shouldn’t have gone back to jail over this, but he needs to live by rules like everyone else. When are people going to learn you make these average Joes famous and they do nothing back in return. Smh! Unemployment is at an all time high do you see these singers, rappers etc struggling?? NO they don’t give back and you make them rich!
