Crazy a$$ Pat Robertson has another story to tell. SMH.
He stunned his 700 Club followers – you may know them as their most commonly known name, “idiots” – were stunned when Robertson remixed the Bible by saying it’s perfectly fine to divorce a partner suffering from Alzheimer’s. He said it’s okay because the disease is “a kind of death”. Here was his response when someone asked for advice about a partner with Alzheimer’s:
“I know it sounds cruel, but if he’s going to do something, he should divorce her and start all over again, but make sure she has custodial care and somebody looking after her,” Robertson said.
So, it’s not “til death do us part”? Gotcha, Patty. Clearly, he’s just making up the rules as he goes along. Why does anyone listen to him anymore, anyway?
