One of our favorite MC’s, Noreaga, recently placed a bet with Busta Rhymes that he could lose the “sloppy” look he has taken on over the years. How did the old NORE go to looking like a mix of Buster Douglas and Gucci Mane? SMH.

Yeah, CARDIO my bruva. Stair climber, treadmill, bike, elliptical machine. The strength training is good, but I didn’t see any hardcore cardio.

it’s good to see ladies are not the only ones who struggle with their weight. I’m glad he’s trying to get control back. weight issues are usually due to emotional problems…so there may be more to this.

Wow, I neer realized that he got that big. I think I need to do the same thing. I am 265 lbs but thank God I don’t have diabetes or anything. I am going to start tomorrow. It’s nice to know I am not the only one…

It’s ***** like this that pains me!!! Why oh why do we continuously feel the need to portray ourselves like this and even greater still–why is this acceptable behavior.
I vaguely heard of this young man but I damn sure wouldn’t want my son to listen to his music if he feels the need to dress (or lack thereof ) like this.
This is just as bad as the women who constantly pose with their *****(ests) to the camera.

Nore’s eating too many saturated fat meals, bro lay off the Jiffy corn bread, potato salad, bbq ribs with honey mustard sauce, steak and gravey, etc.
alot of people can write negative comments, but really obesity is not funny and sometime very hard to deal with emotionally you can crack jokes if you have never dealt with these kind of issues…my prayers go out to this brother for standing up and trying to make a diffrence in himself…good luck NORE
