Autopsy Reveals Libyan Dictator Moammar Gadhafi Was Killed By Gunshot Wound To The Head

An autopsy has confirmed that former Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi was killed by a bullet to the head, doctors said Sunday. “He died because of a gunshot wound,” a doctor involved in the post-mortem told Reuters. “It is obvious.”

The source said there were “still several issues,” adding: “We have to pass (the report) to the prosecutor general. But everything will be revealed publicly. Nothing will be hidden.” The autopsy was carried out at a morgue in the city of Misrata, about 130 miles east of Tripoli.

Questions have been raised about how Gadhafi was killed after images emerged showing he was found alive and taunted and beaten by his captors. International rights groups, including Amnesty International, have called for a probe into his death. Speaking to CNN, chief pathologist Dr. Othman el-Zentani would not disclose whether it had been determined if Gadhafi had suffered the head wound in crossfire or at close-range. He reportedly added that no foreign or independent officials were present for the autopsy.

We’re pretty sure they shot ole boy at close range. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out especially since the Libyan rebels wanted Gadhafi’s head on a plater for the longest and would kill him by any means necessary.
