In 1982 Woo Bum-Kon set off a historical rampage in South Korea. As a police officer he gained access to the weapons storage at a local station and stocked up on guns and ammo. Then, he took to the streets shooting passers-by at random. Additionally, Bum-Kon entered peoples homes and killed entire families. In one village alone, he murdered 42 people. Even in his suicide, Woo killed 4 more as he pulled the pin on two hand grenades.
