And on top of all that this guy threatens to kill a cop and “give him AIDS”:
A thirsty thief stabbed a man with a corkscrew after he burst into two Bucktown apartments in search of beer in the early hours of Saturday, authorities say. Hotel event coordinator Tim Snyder, 36, forced his way into a building on the 1300 block of North Dean around 4 a.m., Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney Aileen Bhandari said.
He headed straight for the fridge in one apartment, then punched a man and left when he couldn’t find any beer, Bhandari said. In the second apartment he struggled with a resident who he stabbed in the back with a pocket corkscrew, according to a police report. The victim needed 22 stitches, but residents of the apartment were able to hold Snyder until police arrived, Bhandari said.
Snyder, of the 1500 block of North Milwaukee, allegedly later threatened a Shakespeare District cop, telling him, “I live in the district. . . . I’m going to kill your a$s — you can’t lock me up forever.”
He then asked the officer “Want some AIDS?” and spat at him, according to a police report.
Snyder, who has criminal convictions for aggravated battery and domestic battery, is charged with two counts of home invasion, aggravated battery and aggravated battery to a police officer.
Sounds like someone forgot to take their meds that day.
