Jay-Z with his “business face” on, lol

“S dot Carter you must try harder, competition is NADA…” With that said, Shawn Carter better known as Jay-Z is definitely doing the damn thing. New upcoming album (we’ll see how that pans out) and a new upcoming television series.

Hovvy Hov will be producing a new series for ESPN called Hit Men. The series is about the days in the lives of urban boxers who work out at The Hit Men Boxing Club ran by former boxer Frank Cerrones. This scripted series might turn out to be a breath of fresh air for those of you sick and tired of the reality craze—not to mention that the pilot is said to be written by John Eisendrath who is responsible for Beverly Hills 90210 and ESPN’s Playmakers. Unsure of when the show will air, but filming begins in Louisiana, December ’06.
