Last night, Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz attended the 8th annual “Keep A Child Alive” Black Ball. Aside from the extraordinary celebs that attended the charity event, there was something else that caught our attention.

Alicia was pictured on the red carpet wearing a flowing, slightly baggy shirt. When photographed, Mr. Beatz seemed to strategically place his hand RIGHT over her belly, usually a pose saved for an expecting couple.
