This could be one of the many horror stories of people who have had the gastric bypass surgery and only the upper half got smaller. You have to remember that by looking at her, you’re comparing/contrasting her upper half to her lower half; so it looks ridiculously big. However, there are a lot of big women who are that size on the bottom, with a top to match. So, she could just be big and the surgery didn’t take as expected. That’s one of the risks.
