I thought the song and beat are brilliant because of its simplicity. People have gotten too accustomed to overproduced music.

And then there’s the autotune(vocoder). Alot of people complain but yall gotta understand its a tool to help people who don’t have nice singing voices.

Shoot, quit complaining… nobody is forcing you to listen… if you wanna hear great singing go buy a Tamela Mann, Kim Burrell, or Smokey Norfull CD instead.

can’t say much for most lyrical content excluding exceptions like Kanye…but videos are definately getting better. Even if they do feature the same things, at least they’re presentd a little diferently.

Brilliant. He’s doing with the vocoder exactly what it was intended, hell he almost sound better than T-Pain…if you got his first 3 albums you should know he really can hold a tune, he’s just not wanting to expose his raw talent in singing because he ain’t brave enough yet…and the simplicity of this arrangement is great. I think Kanye has a right to express his emotions however he wants…he’s an artist so don’t tell him how to paint the picture…we still loved Andre 3000 after The Love Below…
