Balfour May Be Released Monday

The one and only murder suspect for the JHud case, William Balfour, may be released on Monday:
Balfour, who’s only being held on a parole violation in a case unrelated to the murders, could “conceivably” skate if there’s not enough evidence to prove he did violate his parole. He’s scheduled to face the Illinois State Parole Review Board Monday at 9:00 AM. The only way authorities could keep Balfour in custody is if they officially charge him for the Hudson killings between now and Monday, or if they find that he did violate his parole. Thus far, no other suspect has been named in the triple murder of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother, and nephew.
Looks like this was a well planned execution. We do not know what to believe in this case anymore. If he walks, what does that mean for the case? We all know how inept police work is after the first 72 hours of the crime.

This is what happened. The sister and her man planned this out together. Motive(1) He didn’t want to be with her, because the were living pay check to pay check while jennifer is living life, so they wanted to come up. Motive(2) William and the mother kept getting into it(remember she put him out) and he had enough went at the mother, and jason jumped in for his mom, and william did a lil pay back. Motive(3) William didn’t want to be with Julia anymore, because he was sick of her family, so what do they do kill them all(didn’t kill Jennifer, because she is not around anymore). Motive(4) Julia wanted to do whatever she could to get rid of her family so it could be just her and William which means they can live good because they will now have insurance money.
Just saying, but lets watch and see.

I dont think they planned it together especially when his girlfriend was his alliby. This type of work was done by someone who knows them all very well. Why kill your son for the insurance money when the mom and brother was already dead! nothing makes sense about this whole ordeal.

My former neighbors threatened to kill each other, the kids, the dog on a weekly basis, the police calls and restraining orders were more like foreplay. So honestly the motive is not very strong IMO, Her suspect ***** brother may have outed one of his butt buddies and we know homosexuality in the black community is not accepted. Honestly Jason appears to be more of the target than Julia. But if he did do it, it’s the perfect murder, his prints and DNA are already in the house, he’s shacked up with a girlfriend so it take some weight out of the vengeful husband aspect, and if he did commit the murders why would he stay so close to Jason’s body and the murder weapon. Because he’s and idiot? Hell no, because he’s been in jail long enough to learn how to orchestrate a murder. Or someone else was smart enough to kill them and leave a trail to Balfour.

you read too much into it. I am far from a person looking to out someone. I was stating possible scenario’s the gay theory was just one of them. Honestly what is the motive? I just don’t think it’s Domestic Violence. You can check me out I am far from a negative person, I always defend the black man and woman. I have nothing against Gay people, I think they should be able to get married, I don’t believe rumors about Will, and Eddie Murphy, Tyson and so on. I had almost that same feeling(#4) that Julia and William may have planned this out so that Jennifer would only have them to spoil w/ her mom, son and brother out of the way leaving only Julia as the sole immediate family survivor able to be spoiled by Jenny for life out of grief- a come up. * I hope this isn’t true though.
Julia, as ststed on my*****e, was jealous of Jenny- who spoiled Julian & her mom but not Julia(William) and Will had run ins w/ the family giving motives and opprotunity. Scenario #1). I believe Julia needs to fess up regarding what she knows. I feel either William/Julia set the table for something (other than m***** murder) to go down (maybe kidnapping and extortion)… unfortunately, the unknown thugs (who did the dirty work) decided to take out the entire family. Think about it, William was taken into custody Friday night, but Julian’s body (who police believe was killed in the Suburban) wasn’t found til Monday. The police have never given a tentative Time of Death for Julian… if it’s after Friday night then their case is screwed (if it was Friday afternoon or early evening, Balfour would have already been under the jail). A couple of witnesses said they saw that SUV driving around that neighborhood on Saturday (while Willie was locked up), so Willie may walk.
Scenario #2). Jason’s past came back to haunt them… the day after Jason died someone placed on his my*****e page some $hit like: ‘R.I.P. – it was long overdue!’ This $hit could have been a drug hit.
Either way, I don’t blame Jennifer for hiding out in Oprah’s penthouse cause on one hand there’s your sister.. the other a drug hit (both are equally dangerous). Furthermore, this may sound cruel but if I were Jen, I’d call my Insurance agent and remove Julia as a beneficiary (take away any temptation).
Finally, Jennifer needs offer up $250-$500K to get folks in the hood talking and this case off of ice.

It just doesnt make sense on why the sister would have all of them killed when none of them had money except for J-hud. How is killing them going to get her money. Dumb ***** was gonna get money regardlesss from her sister. Thats too much hurt and pain over dollars you aint guranteed!
I think William flipped out early in the am before Julia left and he killed the mom after fighting with and killing the brother. Julia then wanted to protect her man so she grabbed her son and they left trying to figure out what the heck to do with Julian who had witnessed the whole thing. Julia was now an accomplice (willing) and didn’t want to spend time in jail for aiding and abetting or maybe even parti*****ting…(I’m blurry on how deep her actual involvement was). Anyway, they then felt that had to do something about the son so he/she/they killed him to eliminate a witness. William was picked up and he hasn’t told on Julia yet (though the police know and are building a case) so she feels torn. Her family is gone and the man she loves is “protecting her”. Perhaps this is why her my*****e looks the way it does. She’s a little simple to top it off…(Sorry). Just my theory…One more thing, Jen needs to run from Punk – I’m sorry that the main person comforting her now is a gay fame w*****. She deserves better…
My opinion:
1) Balfour didn’t do it
2) Julia has a vague idea who did it
2a) Julia was in the wrong to make out like she believed it was possible Balfour did it
3) It’s somebody connected with (or rather, against) Jason/Black Gangster Disciples… probably.

So, why didn’t Beyonce call? Even New York had nothing but love for Jennifer.
Accusing Beyonce in order to make her album flop sounds suspect. Beyonce is usually good about trying to appear caring, though, so I don’t understand why Beyonce wouldn’t try to console Jennifer. It’s not her fault Matthew and Tina are two of the most scheming a$$e$ on the planet. That’s not Beyonce. Sounds like garbled messages reaching the public. At least, I hope this is garbled.
I’m not astonished at all with these women who date/marry someone with the parallelisms of William Balfour. I just can’t fathom it. But, when is this mentality that’s spreading like ripples through water going to cease. At the end of day, I realize it’s personal preference. I will not say Balfour committed these heinous crimes because I don’t know. This is still an unsolved mystery.

Jason moved back there, he had been residing elsewhere. He had trouble in Gary, IN, that was where he was shot. It is also why the FBI was called. Jason was into his own ***** and Julia may have had a side piece of it, but the target was Jason. To be shot with your own gun is an old time gangsta way of payin’ back a “double cross”. Also, if the little boy’s hands were cut off (I hope that wasn’t true), then that would indicate that a theft of drugs, guns, etc. was involved. Again, big ol’ Lake Michigan right there and the gun is in an alley. There were too many messages sent in these murders, almost like c*****ography. Balfour doesn’t have the brains to pull something like this off.
I’m not surprised. I also wouldn’t be surprised if this young man was found shot to death, either!
Oh well. They didn’t find Tupac or Biggie’s murderers. What made me hope they’s find the killers of a 7 year old?

This whole thing is heart-breaking. We can all draw conclusion of what may have occurred. What so disheartening is that someone could gun down a 7 year old. What has the world come to where people get down like this? The sister is looking a little suspect to me as well. I would hate to think a mother, daugher, sister could help plot something like this, but something just ain’t right. When I saw the press conference I got an uneasy feeling from her. Her comment was in so many words, “If you got problems with me, then deal with me.” And, everything she’s doing is not a reflection of a mother who just had their little one gunned down. I would be sick with grief because I was not there to protect my child. How do you loose your family like that and still find time to post pictures on My*****e, WTF?

The police knows that if they let Balfour go, he’s a dead man!!! Believe it or not, he would be safer if he confessed to the crimes and stayed in jail. Does anybody really think that he can walk around his neighborhood freely now. Yeah right. There’s going to be some dude who has nothing to lose that will end his life and the police know it. It’ll be a case of street justice and the police will pretend to investigate his killer and eventually close the case.

More like, Balfour doesn’t have motive.
But yep, everything you say fits together. And again, as I said earlier, Julia is in the wrong to go along with folks claims that William did it. There will always be something eerie, creepy and juvenile about that, to me. Did she think she was protecting her brother or her son, to do that, though? Is she that crippled mentally to go along to get along even if it means allowing someone to be accused of a crime they didn’t commit? Or did she really believe William was capable of doing something like this enough to NOT say emphatically, ‘William’s a lot of things, but not this’?

Im from the southside of chicago so good luck tryin to get some *****s in Englewood to talk (I certainly dont blame them). There are definitely holes in this story. Anyone from the hood or is hood literate can see the truth from a mile away. This case was drug related PERIOD. According to everybody on that block, Jason Hudson just sat on the block all day and was so fat, happy and friendly? Nah..he was the dope boy and Williams was more than likely involved too. They probably used Jennifer Hudson’s money to cop a large amount of dope to take over the trade of the neighboorhood and they screwed it all up. And whoever they were dealing wit sent his people to kill the family off and send a message. I wouldn’t be surprised if Jennifer knows who did it. Julia sure as hell does. Although we shouldn’t judge but this being such a highly publicized and high profile case the public can’t help but speculate. Unfortunatley the Hudson family were just some regular old ghetto ***** *****s. The Chicago Tribune reported that Jason moved back home 2 years ago after he got shot in a home invasion and almost died then. Home invasion? Who would rob a house in broke ***** Englewood unless you know there’s dope there? And Balfours record is the obvious. Yall do the math. Ms. Donnerson more than likely knew what was going on in her home, and Julia knew what type of dude she had but they turned the blind eye. These are good people but these were clearly bad decisions that unfortunately cost them their lives. This is a horrible tragedy but this was not some random senseless act. I personally don’t think Balfour was that broken up about Julia’s fat ***** that he would kill her entire family. But he sure as hell knows who did it. And Im sure he wont talk so if he has to be the fall guy, i dont feel sorry for his *****. My heart just goes out to that poor baby. I just hope he did not suffer

I agree!! I stay out west and this some similar ***** happened to my fam. My uncle was on drugs and he stole somebody’s drugs so they came in the dead of winter and broke EVERY damn window out my grandma’s house, waited for that negro to come outside and told him that he had 48 hours to come up with they money or they were coming inside and spraying everybody. They don’t play with their money! I told y’all from the beginning that this was a DRUG MURDER! ***** like this happens everyday in the hood. Jennifer Hudson is GHETTO as *****! Ask anyone that went to Dunbar with her rude *****! I remember when she was on American Idol, my co-workers went to Dunbar and they hated her *****… One girl said she wasn’t allowed to visit her cousin at their grandmother’s house b/c her grandmother didn’t allow Jennifer in their house.
