Even if this is common place in some ghettos, this ish has got to stop. If this was my family member (distant cousin, niece, whatever) I would slap some since into her and tell her to stop exploiting herself in this way. I know when i’m out and see this ish, I just shake my head and say WTF. Iv’e even seen dudes walk around looking stupid as hell talking about its my birthday! its my birthday! with a dollar bill corsage in their suit pocket. To me it looks like you want a handout from someone that you dont even know.
