Yes! I still eat chitlins! We have em’ every new years! But anyhoo…. I’m thankful for being here and my family! My close friends, because they are hard to come by, and my dog ” Shiloh”! I’m also thankful for the roof over my head and my job and last but not least….. That good ol’ MaryJane!
Chittlins are DISGUSTING!! Who would want to eat an animals intestines(innards) that are covered with fecal matter??Why do you think the whole house stinks like dookie when they are cooking??Because you are boiling feces!!No matter how much you clean them the Fact &the Stench still REMAINS..Our Ancestors had no choice but to eat them because they were the scraps thrown in the trash by “master”that He would dare feed to his family, so we ate his leftover garbage like the pigs feet &guts ..its sad people are not even aware of the history behind that mess..Thanking God for knowledge! !WAKE UP PEOPLE…
