For Discussion: Gloria Allred And Lawrence Taylor’s Underage Victim File “Sex Trafficking” Lawsuit Because She Feels He Should Have Gone To Jail

Lawrence Taylor's Victim Files "Sex Trafficking" Lawsuit

Don’t get us wrong, Lawrence “I Don’t Card Them” Taylor is a scumbag. But, is Gloria Allred serious?

Legendary Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor was sacked with a child sex lawsuit Monday by a Bronx teenager who was forced to have sex with him for $300 at a Rockland County hotel.

The victim, Cristine Fierro, said Taylor deserved jail for what he did to her two years ago — not just probation.

“I was glad Mr. Taylor was prosecuted, but I feel as though he should have gone to jail to think about what he has done to me,” Fierro said, reading from a statement. “I am very hurt because of what I was forced to do against my own will with Mr. Taylor in that room that night. It is something that is always going to be with me.”

Dressed in jeans, black boots and a sparkly gray top, the now 18-year-old said she has been trying to move on. She said she now works at a Target and is “trying to get back in school.”

“I feel he was never sorry for what he did to me,” Fierro said.

She added, “No girl deserves to be taken advantage of, and I hope to be the voice of girls and young women out there who have been sexually exploited as a result of sex trafficking.”

Fierro’s high-profile lawyer, Gloria Allred, called the lawsuit, which seeks damages under the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act, unprecedented.

“We could not find another reported case against a buyer of child sex,” Allred said at a news conference at the Marriott Marquis in Manhattan.

Taylor’s lawyer, Arthur Aidala, said Allred’s complaint “reads like a fairytale” and accused her of exploiting Fierro.

“Today she continues her disgraceful behavior of re-victimizing her clients in order to bolster her own visibility,” Aidala said of Allred in a statement.

Fierro has become “the victim of an older and supposedly wiser woman,” Aidala added.

Now, he said, Taylor will be forced to defend himself by revealing “the rather disparaging truth about Ms. Fierro and the facts about the evening in question.”

Do you think L.T. should bears the same responsibility as his victim’s pimp? Or is Gloria Allred hyping the victim up for attention, as his lawyer said?
