Today marks the 70th anniversary of the brutal Pearl Harbor attacks on American soil. The Obama kids’ school, Sidwell Friends, is serving an “Asian” inspired meal of chicken teriyaki and Edamame. Of course, this has caused Republicans to call the Obamas insensitive.

The school says that the menu was a total oversight and that menus are chosen at random. However, Republicans like G. Gordon Liddy tweeted “Harmless oversight or slap in the face?” when talking aabout it. Now we’re throwing shade at the kids?!

These people have no freaking mercy. SMH.
