Michael Jordan is a year away from moving into his new Jupiter home and his neighbors are already up in arms! A source inside the ultra-exclusive The Bears Club, a golf development built by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, tells Gossip Extra that the 6-time NBA champ isn’t following proper etiquette on the development’s pristine course. Thing is, some people aren’t looking forward to it.

“I don’t know which is worse,” the source said. “The half-smoked cigars in the grass or the fact he rarely plays without a posse. I’ve seen him out there with 10 people and they’re hooting and hollering. The point of living in this place is that it’s quiet. The residents are seething but there isn’t much they can do about it.

Said Estee Portnoy, Jordan’s spokeswoman: “I’m sure that’s one man’s opinion. Michael is a true gentleman. He is looking forward to being a resident of the The Bears Club and abiding by the rules. Tell the residents not to worry!”
