Usher will appear on funny lady Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show today and will speak on marriage among other things. When asked what sex he preferred the baby to be he stated:
“I think every man wants a son. His own little own doll. If it’s a boy, I’m going to name him Usher. I’m hoping to name him that. I’ve been playing with a few names. I’m the fourth. Usher Raymond the fourth. I just want to pass the name on. Maybe I’ll change the middle name.”
Ok, “His little doll”? Isn’t that what women say? Usually a man wants a son for many reasons but not to be a doll. Poor little Usher Raymond the 5th, not even out of the womb and Daddy already has baby Louis Vuitton backpacks and designer jeans picked out. Well, I guess nothing is wrong with that, but we were hoping Usher would have something a little more manlier to say about wanting his new child to be a boy.
