It hasn’t even been two months since Beyonce gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter, and she is already well on her way to regaining her pre-pregnancy figure:
Beyonce has made getting fit a serious priority. In fact, she’s even moved trainer Marco Borges into her home for maximum workout efficiency! “Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m.,” a source says.
“They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance.”
The insider added that the 30-year-old singer is also adhering to a strict diet, eating “six tiny high-protein meals a day. She’s living on protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water.”
So far, Mommy BeyBey has lost 14 pounds. She hopes to lose a total of 40 pounds, which would drop her down to a goal weight of 128 pounds by early March. Sounds like we could all use a little of Bey’s motivation and dedication right now!
