I also live in the D.C. area and have seen a number of interracial couples. I’ve noted an increase of white men with black women, and more often than not, it’s clear the sisters have a lot going for them.

Why I am defending this chick today is beyond even me but I must say….We know all about the dudes she’s been with because most of them are somebody we know or have heard of. I think the problem that most people have with your statements is not the opinion that you have about Kim, or interracial dating.

It’s the way you chose to express them. Profanity laced tirades using derogatory adjectives that have been used by other races against our people (both male and female) for generations isn’t a productive way to make your point.

Though there are many black men that live up to those terms and stereotypes, there are also many who do not. If you are honest with yourself you must be aware of that. If you’re as educated as you’ve stated previously, and that you have occasionally shown signs of, you should have the ability to articulate your message without all the superlatives.

At least you should qualify your statements with “some black men” or even “most black men”, but usually your rants tend to group the entirety of black males into one. That is not only unfair to those of us who are not that way, and who may just differ with you in your perception of Kim K personally, or interracial dating in general.

I see that someone said they lived in the DC area and saw an increase in the amount of white men and black women relationships. 3 years ago I taught a human relations course and one of my students (a black female) was from Maryland and she said that she and all her friends aspired to marry rich white men. They went to all their parties and joined all the clubs where they could be found.

Now this was 3 years ago, so black men and black women are looking to diversify. Why does that make a person bad, if it works for them then do it..it does not mean that an entire group of people are bad (black men) it just mean they had a preference. The young lady said she did not have anything agains black men and she dated them but she was really looking for a white male husband.

actually Armenian’s are considered Indo-Europeans because they are typically not Caucasian like say British, French, and so on. They tend to favor a more Arab appearance although many are russian. But Armenian is classified as it’s own race. The only reason I know or care is because I am fascinated with archeology and the history of the world.

I think the first step to repairing faulty lines of communication is recognizing our own errors and internalizing the role we all play in society as part of the problem.
