Prince Slacking on Marketing

Prince hasn’t been holding up his end of the deal to market a perfume:
Prince may sell millions of albums, but when it comes to peddling perfume, he flat-out stinks. So says the fragrance company that sued the legendary musician Monday for failing to promote his line of “3121″ perfume.
Revelations Perfume and Cosmetics contends Prince vanished after agreeing last year to promote “3121,” a “sexy scent” in a purple box.
Revelations says it has spent more than $3.5 million to advertise and design the perfume, and that Prince’s lack of cooperation hurt sales. A representative for the singer could not be reached.
How does that saying go? If it walks, talks, acts, sings, looks, and wears perfume like a…nevermind, we surely don’t want to go assuming anything.
