Indiana Woman Pleads Guilty To Sleeping With Five Boys Between The Ages Of 14 And 17 And Giving Them Drugs

A woman accused of having sex with five underage boys has struck a plea deal to avoid a lengthy prison sentence.

Kristina D. Renner, from Cloverdale, Indiana, has pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and could be jailed for up to six years.

In return for the plea deal, the 42-year-old will see three other charges of underage sex dropped.

Renner will be sentenced next month with prosecutors saying she could get up to six years.

Putnam County Prosecutor Tim Bookwalter recommended to the court that the plea agreement be accepted because a trial would be an unnecessary burden on taxpayers’ money and the court’s time.

Renner was arrested last October after a teenage boy came forward to tell police he had sex with her.

He told detectives four of his friends were also involved in a sexual relationship with Renner who was married at the time.

The incidents occurred between seven and eight years ago when the boys were aged from 14 to 17.

Renner was in her mid 30s and is also alleged to have supplied drugs to the boys.

One boy told investigators he had sex with Renner five times at her home, including once on a weightlifter’s bench in her garage.

He also said she supplied him with drugs and they took coke and crystal meth together.

Another said he had sex with her in his car while parked on her driveway.

A third boy interviewed said Renner touched him intimately while they sat watching a movie and covered by a blanket.

Police also interviewed Renner’s ex-husband who said he knew his wife was sleeping with a 15-year-old at their home.

Evidence gathered by the prosecutors included a tape made by the ex-husband in which Renner admitted having sex with a 15-year-old but saying she thought he was 16 and consenting.

During police interviews Renner, who was divorced in 2008 after her husband discovered the affairs, admitted ‘making bad choices and having sex’.

Last October Renner was charged with two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class B felony, regarding sexual intercourse and/or deviate conduct with a child at least 14 years old but less than 16.

There was also one count of child seduction, a Class C felony, involving fondling or touching the genitals of a male at least 14 but less than 16 with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of the child or defendant.

Another count of child solicitation, a Class D felony, involving solicitation of a child age 14 or 15 to engage in sexual activity and a single count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

As part of the plea deal to two of the charges they will be reduced to Class D felonies which result in a lighter sentence.
