Winning a gold medal sure does help you live nice…

U.S. Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps is making smooth moves in the real estate market after putting his Baltimore apartment up for sale, and RadarOnline.com has photos inside his bachelor pad.

The proud owner of 16 Olympic medals has listed his mini-mansion-sized waterfront condominium for an unspecified price that is estimated to be between $1,075,000 and $1,475,000, reported Realestalker.com.

Located in the Crescent At Fells Point complex, the opulent Maryland condo is 4,080 square feet in size with 3 bedrooms and 3 full and 2 half bathrooms, along with a zig-zagging wood and steel staircase that joins the floors in the townhouse-like home.

The modern architecture is enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the harbor, hardwood floors, tiles and marble in the sleek kitchen, which also boasts a large center island with a cook top grill and breakfast bar.

The 26-year-old 6’4” athlete slept in a “luxe master suite with spa bath,” and no doubt entertained guests on the rooftop patio.

This seems like a nice place, but who wants to live in Baltimore unless you’re Stringer Bell???
