I saw part of the hiphop play. The concept was good, but the directing was bad. Jim Jones does have vision though. A few more acting classes a good bath and a new director, he could be on to something.

Props to the stage play idea, it was a good idea…yeah, idea. The implementation?…judging from the clips I saw, it didn’t take much longer after the good idea phase to go bad.

“Best lyrics?” Does he have that many? Maybe a few…we all know his subject matter and flow, nothing great. His albums don’t sell that much. I know I’m sounding like him right now (a hater), but if he gave music that was truely worthy beyond 1 hot single and a lukewarm follow up, he’d have the success and sales he really wants. Worthy music is more than hot beats (at least he seems to get a few of those).
