We hear about rich people (esp. entertainers) all day, every day on damn near every post on Bossip - & they damn for sure ain't blamed. I just think blogs breed hate. Only on an internet blog can being the top two richest celebrity couples (and African Americans at that) be a bad thing. Like somehow making money is some moral abomination. I don't think she's an icon, and for them to keep repeating it is kinda tacky. But you can't deny that she's smart. Like she said on Oprah, work hard and get your success first. Thirty and forty in the "TEEN" market. They need to get a grip on reality and let loose of that grip on the ole mighty dollar. Beyonce's biggest mistake for starters is her claim to Icon status. A true humble artist would never make such a statement. Van Gogh became an ICON in death because the people of this planet have the POWER to create Icons.
