Some of the most memorable voices yet unsung divas in R&B/Soul will be coming to television on a new reality show entitled ‘The Ladies of R&B’!

Set to feature voices responsible for hits like “I Love You,” “Touch It,” and “I Am Your Woman,” The show will feature Faith Evans, Nicci Gilbert (Brownstone), Keke Wyatt, Monifah Carter and Syleena Johnson.

TV One confirmed the series Tuesday, which was discussed last year in a number of interviews:

‘The Ladies of R&B’ will follow the women solo, together and in different combinations as they not only fight to get their lives on track but also to pay their good fortune forward. Divorce, parenting, drugs and alcohol, physical abuse and more – these ladies have survived it all and continue to deal with life’s battles each day, reports TV One.

A premiere date has not yet been set, however each episode will be an hour in length with a premiere during the Summer or Fall of 2012.
