I can tolerate braids. They are atleast ethnically sensitive but the weaves are just too NUFU: Not Us or For Us.

Watch this and other You Tube clips and see all these wonderful hair styles you can do.

Type in:

“My Natural Hair Journey.” Its by janeezy01 (There are a few dozen of these titles)

Under channels look up “Rustic Beauty.” She has been growing her hair for like five years and it is positively gorgeous. She is my hair role model right now.

I just got tired of the relaxers and RARELY do weaves (braids). Right now I’m using Carol’s Daughter products and it is growing out since I cut it in August. That hair of hers is wicked! Love it.

I brought up her complexion not in relation to her beauty but the fact that in other photos she is much darker. They obviously lightened her up here.

you are the one who posted that she is darker than the photo suggest so why does it have to be considered a pity party because we appreciate the beauty of a woman who traditionally have not been recognized.
