Yeah, but it’s funny how things work out (pun intended). It’s nice to see he picked himself up (double entendre intended), dusted himself off and took it in a positive direction. While poor little misguided, incorrigible “Maino”, is the one on his way down. And he had the nerve to put out a song called “Hi Hater”, lol.

Okay good for Cease for doing his thang…it’s good publicity if Bossip considered to even show the dvd in my opinion…I won’t hate on Cease doing his thang but why couldn’t he stand back when Kim was doing hers? At the end of the day I guess it shows improvement! No hate now let’s toast!

Wow as a fitness professional and competitor, WHAT AN INSULT TO THE PROFESSION! Dude should stick with what he knows and it is NOT fitness. If that were the case, he would realize his chest is way underdeveloped compared to his back and in many of the exercises, HIS FORM SUCKED!
