Man Stomps Pregnant Ex-Girlfriend’s Stomach To Kill Their Baby

A 28-year-old man is charged with attempted murder of an unborn child after allegedly ordering his pregnant ex-girlfriend to lay on her back so he could stomp on her stomp her stomach with both feet during a domestic assault in Fridley, Minn.
According to the criminal complaint, Kenneth Turner went into ex-girlfriend’s apartment in Fridley early Friday and assaulted her for more than three hours by punching her, kicking her and pulling her hair. Turner then ordered the woman, who is pregnant, to lie on her back on the bed and then stomped on her stomach with both feet, the complaint states.Turner reportedly told the woman she “did not deserve the baby” so he “was going to kill it.” The woman suffered blood loss and experienced significant pain in her abdomen due to the injuries.
“This type of criminal behavior is shocking and will be dealt with severely if these allegations are proven,” said Anoka County Attorney Tony Palumbo.
