Linda Evangelista Petitions Family Court For $46K Monthly Child Support For Son Of French Billionaire

Linda Evangelista is hoping that bedding a billionaire pays off for her, but a prominent divorce lawyer says she shouldn’t bet on it!

According to RadarOnline reports:

Supermodel Linda Evangelista is petitioning a family court in Manhattan to award her $46,000 a month in child support for her 5-year-old son Augie, who was fathered by French billionaire François-Henri Pinault.

Manhattan divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told the NY Daily News that the Canadian beauty’s expensive requests aren’t likely to be granted by the court, despite Pinault’s vast coffers.

“She’s in for a big surprise,” Manhattan divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told the NY Daily News, intimating she won’t be able to justify why she needs said amount. “I wouldn’t be counting the money yet … most of the time, there are formulas for this.

“There’s no windfall in child support.”

Pinault, who’s currently married to stunning Salma Hayek, is the head of PPR, a corporation that includes fashion houses such as Yves Saint Laurent and Gucci under its’ umbrella.

In addition to the financial requests, Linda is also seeking Pinault buy her a home.

Linda Evangelista must’ve been hummin’ some Gershwin all the way to the courthouse. Summertime and the livin’ is easy… Oh your daddy’s rich and your mama’s good lookin’! Hopefully the judge won’t tell her to “hush little baby — don’t you cry” if her request is denied.
