Listen I’m a dude and I have a flat *****. About 2 years ago when I was hitting the gym the hardest I ever hit it. I was doing deadlifts 320lbs to be exact and every chick including my ex’s sister and friends were going crazy because I had developed what they called a wesley snipes *****. So I know you pushing the enhancement thing. But it is possible to develope the ***** through working out if it is genetically possible for you as it was for me. And once again I’m sitting on a flatty because I haven’t been doing deadlifts.
circa-81… i dont know your situation but i know i use to work out all the time and still do and have worked out among heavy hitters and olympic body builders and they all say the same thing and i believe it and plus i have seen a lot of white women say they have tried to get a butt and the squats and lunges aint working.. so i dont what genectics you have in your family but i know what the pros say andit evident because like i said if that was the case butt pads and implants and booty shots would not be so relevant in the white womans world and just by looking and observing you can see the black woman has that shelf booty!

I feel ya! Put it like this I know for me it is easy to develope big arms, v-my back, and have big quads and cavs. But I have been going through hell trying to get that “heavy” chest. But I believe if I focus my workout around my chest I can build it to the proportion that I want (basing that off of my brothers build). It’s just going to be harder to develope that portion of my body. And I’ve definetly worked out with some pro’s in bodybuilding also….and it’s not about if you already have it because if you did you wouldn’t be there. It’s if your genes will allow you to build it. I’m a mix between an indo and mesomorph. If I was and ecktomorph then it would be hard to build any muscle m*****.

Of course you can build an *****! you use the same technique as body builders, compacting the muscles and power lifting.
Sure, there will be limits to how big your butt can get naturally, but you can make it bigger.
