Curren$y Speaks On His $1.5 Million Lawsuit Against Dame Dash

Rapper Curren$y filed a $1.5 million lawsuit against former associate Damon Dash back in March, alleging that Dash had sold Curren$y’s music–specifically the album The Muscle Car Chronicles–illegally. Curren$y spoke briefly to XXL about the suit and his feelings about his affiliation with Dash.

“I don’t know what we gonna do, but when it’s all said and done, I’ll tell y’all about it,” he said, before admitting he harbors no ill feelings despite the litigation. “Not ever disappointed. Any situation I ever been through I look at it as a lesson. Just learning something. “
