Kris Jenner Says Kim And Kanye West Are “Just Having A Really Good Time”
Kris Jenner is such a good pimp mom.
Kris Jenner chatted with Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford, who is the godmother of Kendall and Kylie Jenner, on TODAY Wednesday — and the cohorts were quick to ask about Kardashian’s intense new relationship with Kanye West. The hosts showed Jenner a photo of Kardashian, 31, and West from the new issue of Us Weekly where they look cozy together at Kourtney Kardashian’s baby shower.
“He’s been a family friend for a long time and he’s a really nice guy,” Jenner explained. “When your kids are happy, you’re happy.”
But Gifford asked, “As her mother, would you have preferred she wait until everything is settled with Kris before going on to a new relationship?” Kardashian and Humphries, 27, married on August 20, 2011 and 72 days later she filed for divorce; the duo have been hashing things out through their lawyers.
“I think Kim is just hanging out with friends. There’s nothing crazy going on. They’re just having a really good time,” Jenner said of her daughter and the rapper, 34. “My kids are really smart about timing and all that. So she knows what she’s doing.”
Gifford added, “There are some people saying that wasn’t so smart what Kim did with the wedding.”
“First and foremost, she didn’t want to disappoint anybody,” Jenner replied. “She feels horrible about what happened. She’s still going and struggling through that whole process. That will be finalized sooner or later. But her priority right now is work and she’s in London today launching a new fragrance. She just doesn’t stop. So she’s full speed ahead.”
Yes we’re sure she feels really badly… and Kanye is kissing it and making it allllll better.
