Will Smith Is Nervous About His Daughter Willow Smith Dating

She’s only 11, but Willow Smith will be dating soon enough. And it has her father freaked out.

“It’s coming, and I’m nervous about it,” Will Smith told PEOPLE with a laugh at Wednesday’s Men in Black III premiere in New York City. “Having two boys and a girl, I realize that boys take trouble to other people’s houses, and girls bring it home.”

“So, the thing we are struggling with is the rules,” he says, “and setting fair rules for the boys and for Willow, but she’s not having any of that.”

Still, Smith, 43, has a plan for how to deal with his daughter’s suitors.

“When Willow does bring a boy home, I’m going to screen him and find out everything about him,” he vows. “And that’s going to happen when she’s 40, when she’s allowed to go on dates!”

You already know that once Willow really becomes of age, the thirst-buckets will be out en masse to get plugged into that Smith family fortune! Will might need to channel Mike Lowwwwwwwry!
