Beyonce, Solange, and some random models pose in the new ad for Dereon by House of Dereon. Looks like a bunch of garbage to me. You see the shirtless dude with the Dereon hat on? I wouldn’t know what to think of a dude if I saw him rockin a Dereon hat. I know for a fact Joe Camel ain’t rockin that shit.
The slogan “Where the Sidewalk and Catwalk Meet” seems unusually appropriate. Those duds look like fashion show rejects that didn’t make it to the catwalk and was tossed to the curb with the rest of the rubbish. Click on the pic to view the ad in all its glory.

They sell Dereon like at Macy’s here in Chicago. Although some of the top-of-the lines are quite nice (like cropped sating jacket and matching corset skirt) the sizing is so weird. When I tried on the size I normally wear it was too small. When I tried the one size up it was too big. oh well.
I’m not crazy about the print, and the applique things. I’m too old to wear that. But if the satin jacket and skirt fit me right I probably would have bought it. (and it’s too pricey to have to pay to get it tailored)
