We all may look different from our younger pictures but common sense should tell you that she has been under the knife. As a matter of fact in a documentary from her old high school it shows her on video and her nose is HUGE!! I don't have a problem with it though, to each his own. She was a beautiful girl before, and is just as beautiful now. I think that we make a much bigger deal of this than we should. Yes, we can all say that people can change over the years without PS, but I do think the tip looks a little too refined and I don’t think the natural width of one’s nose tends to change from teenage years to adult years!
