George Clinton believes in one nation under a groove … he just doesn’t wanna pay taxes to that nation … at least according to a tax lien filed against the legendary singer.
According to a federal tax lien … George is delinquent for the years 2007 and 2008. Clinton owes $48,347.82 for 2007 and $67,204.45 for 2008 … for a total of $115,552.27.
If Clinton doesn’t pay up soon, the government will tear the roof off the sucker — or, as “the man” would say it, seize his property and belongings until the tab is settled.
Calls to Clinton have not been returned.
That’s what he gets for trying to funk the government out of its money.
