Why do people try to make losing weight some magical thing. I guess so they can captilize on peoples ignorance. Losing weight is not hard it’s expend more calories than you take in, so you lose. People gain weight because they eat too much, plain and simple. If starvation mode were true where are the 500 pound people starving to death? Get a clue, do your own research and stop believing everything some guy in sweat pants tells you. People should be the size they want to be, black or white. Not every black woman has to have a big booty, or even has the makeup to have one and if she wants to lose weight then more power to her…

This diet may be OK for detoxing your system but it’s pointless for weight loss. Using these kind of quick fixes results in a yo-yo effect. Only a permanent lifestyle change will achieve balance…I don’t know anyone who can live off of lemonade and pepper for life.

thank you Lady Architect…lol…this diet is mainly for celebs..they kinda have to crash diet..in order for them stay fit or should I say slim..Beyonce was doing that temporarily for the movie because the camera adds weight so she did what she have to do

Thank you for the clarification because people think this is the weight loss miracle…as I said before these people that do these master cleanse “diets” are usually sittin at home doing it with professionalso around them for their every move…Beyonce even said she had a team of nutitionist around her in case she fainted and she stayed at home due to lack of energy for 2weeks…You can’t have a regular job unless you take a week off for this cleansing process…people always look for the easy way out…take ur butt to the gym and work out instead of drinking a nasty liquid…if you are gonna cleanse yourself do it for the right reasons
