Renter to NeNe: “Get your Sh*t and Get Out”

According to Livesteez, NeNe and her hubby were evicted from the home we have seen on the show, Real Housewives of Atlanta:
NeNe Leakes, the boisterous breakout star of the hit Bravo reality show “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” is no longer living at the pricey Duluth five-bedroom residence shown on the series. According to Darryl Pierce, the broker for the 5,000-square-foot home at 1765 Silvermere Court in Duluth, NeNe and her husband, Gregory Leakes, left in November after Winwood Properties filed an eviction notice in September. The notice, filed Sept. 24 with the Magistrate Court of Gwinnett County, said Greg Leakes owed $6,240 in past due rent. “The tenant said they would move by Sept. 14th because they could no longer afford the house,” the notice said. The owner of the home, Kajani Shenaz Ali, lives overseas, Pierce said. Online records show the home in the gated community of Stonebrier at Sugarloaf, was purchased for $829,400 in September 2006. Pierce said the Leakeses moved into the home shortly after it was built in 2006, reports AccessAtlanta.com. NeNe Leakes, in a series of e-mails Tuesday, would not say where she is living now. “It’s none of your business,” she wrote. But she noted that they “are financial able [sic] and stable to live where ever we feel fits.” NeNe, 41, wrote that the eviction notice does not have her name on it, adding “you don’t know my relationship with Greg so be careful what you report!” The Duluth home, she wrote in an e-mail late last week, “was a lease purchase corporate deal with Greg & his company. Things didn’t work out between the two of them so they did what they had to do and he did what he had to do.”
On Tuesday, she wrote, “If we rent, lease purchase or buy, money is still coming out of my pocket. So who’s [sic] business is that??”

I watched a few episodes, and all of the women , except Lisa, were on some high school shi*. I heard that Lisa has partial custody of her boys, but Keith would not sign the papers to let them be featured on the show. Sheree was a fake bit** from day one, Kim is a rough 29, DeShawn is goofy and young acting, and NeNe was a little too loud. I heard early on that NeNe and her husband were renting that house, but I heard that they are doing fine financially. Who knows, all the them were frontin.
So this is the outcome of that Atlanta show ya’ll told me to watch? We over here knew that these ho’s werent as rich as they claimed to be, except for Eric Snow. I mean look at NeNe f*cked up body and weave, her man looks like he’s got one foot in the grave and another on a banana peel.

I mean, every broad featured on this show has been found to have some serious cash flow issues. Atlanta isn’t the only place that is pretentiousness! It’s a world-wide phenomenon. The need to appear to be something that you’re not so that people can envy you is the product of Madison Avenue and Wall Street. It’s also childish and immature. Millions of people put themselves in debt and buy extravagant things so that people will be jealous of their “so called success”
I went to lunch with four of my girlfriends. All four of them had expensive designer purses. One recently filed bankruptcy, one is in foreclosure, one had their lights turned off and the other recently had their care repossessed.
They need a designer bank account…….not a stupid purse. They need cash, not a *****ing expensive accessory.
Before you decide to buy a designer thingamajig, you should ask yourself, can I go six months without a job? If not, can I sell this designer thing at a price close to what I paid for it to eat and provide shelter and transportation for myself? If not, you need to put that sucker back.
Real housewives spend the day taking care of their homes, children and communities, not this nonsense.

I mean, i know that people rent houses, but why pay that much in rent…which is really a mortgage.
I pay nearly that much in mortgage for my condo. I wouldn’t pay that kind of money if it wasn’t going to be mines.

She is living in the Landings at Sugarloaf. They are renting that townhome for the Asian group of investors her husband works for. She is phony..trust me. I know of her. I have come across her once. She is scared somebody wants her old a** husband! When they were filming he was complaining about everything they had to put in their home to make it look right for television. Her husband takes homes and rents them out for a group of Asian investors. They were balling a little at one time, but now that the real estate business is losin ground, investors are losing homes, renters are being evicted, etc…they are not making paper like they used to.

that’s what I can afford on my own, pay my car note, utilities, creature features, and so on and so forth.
my initial point was that they have tiny apartments here for that price a month (with street parking, ahhhhh!). I rather pay that for this condo, that is mine. It’s just me right now (no kids) and I work a lot, so I don’t need a single-family home at the moment. But when I do get married and have children, I can always use this place as a rental (there are a lot of stopper-bys in L.A.) or sell it all together.
That’s better than paying $6k every month for the next 10 years, and throwing your money away on an apartment or rental home.
I’m sure they (nene and greg) have $6 grand, but it’s not a good look when you have an eviction notice. I don’t see that as a good business practice to let things go into default, even when a deal goes bad.

i often wonder why people get touchy when it comes to grammar on a blog site.

I suppose it’s easier to speak plain on a black site, versus give a grammatically correct comment as though I’m writing an email to a business *****ociate.
I suppose it all boils down to adjusting to your surroundings. If everyone else is using a laxed style of speech (or typing in this case) then I do the same.
If I’m at a business meeting, then adjust accordingly.
But why is it on a trash site like Bossip, do we need to be ‘perfect’ in our speech???

Does not sound good but at least she has her man there and they will get through it together. I did not agree with her decision to get her son a brand new SUV.
