Nene is my fav. I liked the part of the reunion show in tbe beginning where they say Anderson Cooper is even a fan of Nene. Who knows what the situation is here. Does not sound good but at least she has her man there and they will get through it together. I did not agree with her decision to get her son a brand new SUV. I know when I was at that age I did not deserve it. Gotta learn the value of a dollar first to go on to become successful. Stay hungry.

But guess what? I’m 24 and it’s my name on the condo, and it’s MY name on the check that i write for it every month.

that’s what I can afford on my own, pay my car note, utilities, creature features, and so on and so forth.

my initial point was that they have tiny apartments here for that price a month (with street parking, ahhhhh!). I rather pay that for this condo, that is mine. It’s just me right now (no kids) and I work a lot, so I don’t need a single-family home at the moment. But when I do get married and have children, I can always use this place as a rental (there are a lot of stopper-bys in L.A.) or sell it all together.

That’s better than paying $6k every month for the next 10 years, and throwing your money away on an apartment or rental home.

I’m sure they (nene and greg) have $6 grand, but it’s not a good look when you have an eviction notice. I don’t see that as a good business practice to let things go into default, even when a deal goes bad.

I wish all of the ATL housewives well. No one deserves to be on the streets…even f*ckin’ for tracks Kim.
