As if she doesn’t get enough attention as it is, pop superstar lady gaga was spotted being escorted to a waiting car earlier this afternoon, bearing her controversial cakes to the world in sheer leggings and a leather jacket.

In the process of reassuring us all that she was indeed born that way, Gaga went gaga on a mob of fans and paparazzi, flipping the bird and even reducing one of her “little monsters” to tears.
