Positive K is one of the original artists of the First Priority Music camp. First Priority Music was the home of The Audio 2, MC Lyte & the Priority Posse. Positive K is best known for his hits “I’m Not Havin’ It” (a duet with MC Lyte) “A Good Combination” and his 1992 hit “I Got a Man”. Positive K recorded & performed with the likes of Big Daddy kane, Grand Puba, Milk D and some of the biggest names in hip hop.

Today’s #Throwback “Step Up Front”, is the single that put him on the map. Officially.
