Very good response on Mariah’s part! I can not get over that ad of Diddy’s for his women’s fragrance. And why is it that all of the women in the ad are not even close to resembling any women of color?? it is ashame how things are continually being marketed as if the darker people of the world do purchase the products. I know for sure who won’t be buying unforgivable or any darn thing else for that matter.

Talk about overexposure, Diddy has gone from Puffy to Diddy in the media and he is still hogging the spotlight. He started way back in 94. He needs to go away. No one is feeling Sean Combs anymore. I hear ya sista! What’s really sad is I overheard two very dark complexioned sistas bragging how they were going to “cop” that perfume as soon as they got paid. How sad is it that the women who boost & support these so called brothas are not who these brothas direct their affections to.

Puffy pretty much laid his cards on the table with that last ad campaign. I mean would it have killed him to throw a beautiful chocolate sista in his ad? Really.

Why does Diddy “need” to have black models in his ad? Does Oprah “need” to have black male experts on her show? Does she “need” to give black men shows like she did Dr Phil and Rachel Roy? Diddy is a businessman. Black women aren’t his major target audience. By popularizing Hip Hop, he aided in creating more jobs for black models than Mimi or any other black female celebrity.
