*Sorry we had to take this pic down, Cam’Ron doesn’t want anyone to know he’s looking frail, kicking it at Mickey D’s.
Here is Cam’ron at a McDonalds somewhere. That fillet mignon may be a little pricey now. A few months ago, he was spotted with his little T-Mobile sidekick bragging about his 1 foot deep baby vacation pool.
He is looking slim, hopefully the rock man is not getting what’s left of his stacks. According to rumors, Cam was socked up by The Roc’s Tru Life and went into hiding. Poor thang.

People really shouldn’t spread those kind of rumors–it’s not funny and HIV is ravishing the black community, so the disease should not be taken lightly.
However, it is well reported and do*****ented by Cam, himself, that his weight loss is due to a bleeding ulser and irratable bowel syndrom.
That is his REAL medical condition, so stop spreading false, vicious rumors.

Camron does not have HIV! He has IBS. Thats how he lost weight he gets very sick and throws up when he doesnt eat right. The HIV rumors are false and its lame some of you buy into that.Camrons liquor company grossed 130mil 2 years ago so hes far from broke, that picture at the pool was at ONE of his summer homes. Just one of them.Besides I seen camron recently and he is very BUFF now. Hes bigger than 50cent so that picture is very old!
