This is sodomy guy, the victim, Michael Mineo. He has accused the NYPD of hitting his backs with a baton after getting caught smoking some greenery:
Three police officers have surrendered on charges that they participated in a sex assault on a handcuffed man and then tried to cover up the crime. The Brooklyn district attorney announced a 32-count indictment Tuesday charging Officer Richard Kern with aggravated sexual abuse and assault; and Officers Alex Cruz and Andrew Morales with hindering prosecution and official misconduct. In addition to those felonies, all three are charged with misdemeanors, including falsifying records. If convicted, Kern could face up to 25 years in prison; the others could face up to four years. According to prosecutors, several officers pinned down the victim and handcuffed him before Kern “anally assaulted him with a retractable baton.” Defense attorneys say the officers didn’t do anything wrong. They were indicted last week by a grand jury investigating the shocking allegations. The officers turned themselves in at the Brooklyn district attorney’s office Tuesday to be processed for a court appearance. A law enforcement official said the grand jury had been presented incriminating forensic evidence collected by investigators. That evidence, combined with the eyewitness account of a fellow officer, pointed to Kern as a primary suspect, according to the official, who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the indictment was not yet unsealed. Defense attorneys say the officers didn’t do anything wrong. “We don’t know what the people’s proof is, but as far as I’m concerned my client is not guilty,” said Kern’s attorney, John Patten. Said Cruz’s lawyer, Stuart London, “He never observed any misconduct nor engaged in any misconduct.” The accused officers approached Michael Mineo on Oct. 15 outside a subway station because they believed he was smoking marijuana, police said. When he fled into the station, they and two other uniformed officers wrestled him to the ground face down and handcuffed him. Mineo, a 24-year-old body piercer, claims that during the struggle his pants were pulled down and one of the officers sodomized him as he screamed out in pain. He says he believed he was violated with the antenna of a handheld radio and that the assailant was Cruz. But a transit officer called as a grand jury witness early last month testified that he saw Kern wield a baton and put it near Mineo’s buttocks, according to one of the law enforcement officials. The transit officer was among those who helped subdue Mineo, but he has not been charged. After Mineo was given a ticket for disorderly conduct and released, he was hospitalized for several days. Hospital discharge papers show that upon arrival he was diagnosed with “anal assault.” The district attorney’s office launched the grand jury investigation in late October when the allegations came to light. The officers were placed on desk duty pending the outcome of the case.
For being accused of plucking man cakes with a baton, desk duty some how does not seem fitting. If One-Time really did do this to Sodomy Guy, then jail might be a pleasant place for them.

Hey Bossip just a quick correction. I live in New York City, and that picture is actually one of the cops that are accused. The victim is a tattoo artist of spanish decent. He has tattoos all over his face. Just want to make sure you get the picture correct before spreading the news. God Bless.

First of all, Bossip is wrong for calling the victing “Sodomy Guy”.
Secondly, this is a shame and a disgrace. Some of these people abuse the authority of their badges and they should be punished. There is no good reason for forcfully sodomizing ANYONE under the pretense of the law. The officers involved need to go to jail… forget desk duty. They need to serve time.

- I agree with u but sadly ***** look at sean beall got 50 rounds dumped on him and his friends at his bachelor party – no charges , amadou diallo and abner louima – killed or *****aulted at NYPD hands – no charges heh this list goes on and on. There are apparently witnesses and confirmed medical reports for evidence – probably still no charges. Heh and whats their concern – goin after Plax’s dumb azz..

This is a case where you have to take justice into your own hands. Wait until you see officer friendly again (hopefully alone) then cut his f@cking hands off with a sword. Go straight to your attys. office and call the media to tell them you are ready to be the poster boy for abusive behaviour by the police.

You know, a lot of police officers are in the closet gay sadists. I think a lot of men who go into this line of work do it just so they can do this kind of perverted ***** to people. I wish they WOULD be sent to jail! We all know they probably wouldn’t if it weren’t for the hospital docs… I’m still skeptical about justice being served ’cause they have their own little club. I can’t STAND the police! I feel bad for the ones who actually want to protect and serve. They’re guilty by *****ociation. I told a cop in Vegas I believed they killed Tupac, and they took my ***** straight to jail after manhandling my 5′2″ little self. I cussed ‘em out the whole time. Couldn’t keep me locked up forever for telling the truth! : )
