We’ve documented the violence problem in Chicago in regards to shootings and murders, but another of the cities ills is being brought to light though YouTube videos like this.
Flash mobs of ignorant azz kids harassing people in the streets, picking fights, and generally being a nuisance are poppin’ off all over the city, even the “safe” neighborhoods.
