I say as long as you can still see a person’s neck they are okay and like someone else said look at her legs she looks like she is in good shape. As you get older some times you do add a few extra pounds but that is life. Some of us do keep some of our baby (pregnancy fat)but not all of it. Anyway, she’s alright and leave her alone.
