K-Fraud Is About To Come-UP!!!!!! Brit Loses Custody Fight

K-Fraud has taken off the gloves and went for full custody of the kids today and TMZ is reporting Britney Spears no longer has custody:
L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today stating that Kevin Federline, the boys’ father, “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”
Rocks and kids don’t mix. SMH, everyone saw this coming except Britney. Poor thang.

However–Keven NEVER sought for joint custody which means that BOTH parents will JOINTLY take on the RESPONSIBILITY of raising their children. Why didn’t he–especially if everything was so lovey-dovey between him and Shar? I’ll tell you why–because there was no monetary gain there! She opens the door for him anytime he decides to “drop” in. She’s his doormat! Plus–he stands to gain more financially from having complete custody of Britney’s kids! I personally don’t care if his motive is motivted by money. I would think love for those kids is somewhere in there if he can’t be a respectable parent the next step is the state. His parenting has never been questioned like Britney’s. Being with him couldn’t be worse than being with Britney right about now. You might be right to a certain extent about Kevin’s motives. I really don’t know. I do know that not everyone needs the court to intervene in their family matters and I think that is the case with Kevin and Shar. He is a father to his children without prodding and Shar is a good mother that had raised two children just fine before Kevin came along.
Whatever his motives, Brit Brit is not in a good state to be raising children and I am sure they were taken because she failed one of her drug tests. She needs to get help.

I’m sure (when he and Britney first started out) it was all partying, drinking and living the fast life. He knew what she was into because he was most likely a part of it! Now–for him to act like he’s a changed man? Puleeeze?! If I was Shar Jackson-I would be somewhat offended but no–that chick’s got $$$ in her eyes, too! In the land of the “everyday working class” man that really and truly wants to share in the uprbringing of their kids, it’s not about the money–how many man actually sue for custody of their children AND get support money from the mother???
You can probably see that I’m a little passionate about Britney’s case and I’d like to share my reasons why–
A few years ago, while in college, I met a girl who had 2 children by a man, married him and later divorced. He sued for custody of the children and won. Without getting into the financial situation too deep, her family was a little more financially secure than he and he thought he’d get more money from her for the kids. Long story short–he ended up strung out on crack and actually sold the baby (sexually) to feed his habit. I’m NOT anywhere saying that Kevin would do that but again–if he’s not in it for the honesty of wanting to be a part of their upbringing well then he should leave them alone. if he is in it for the money and not willing to change his lifestyle he could put those children in the care of caregivers who don’t give a damn about them! Who knows???

NO SYMPATHY FOR HER AT ALL! It’s obvious she has had problems for awhile now and it’s also obvious that people have tried to help her. Her mom tried to intervene, she just pushed her away. Her former manager tried to help too – FIRED. Pretty much, she’s just surrounded herself with people who agree with her. If she really is a “frequent and habitual user” of drugs as the judge claimed, then those kids are better off away from her. No child, no matter how rich, she be forced to grow up with an addict for a mother.
As for K-Fed, idk why he didnt file for custody with Shar Jackson. It appears that they do have a better relationship and they never have had any public issues with their kids. I don’t think its purely a profit thing. Like I said, Britney CLEARLY has issues. Shar may be annoying and publicity hungry, but as far as we know she’s never put her kids through something quite like this. Kevin is the best natural parenting option for those boys right now, so I’m all for him having the kids…

I think some of you may be misinterpreting the meaning of joint custody–
Most of the time–custody is sought if one of the parents is determined to be unfit. That’s SOLE custody. Joint custody (IMO) should be established even if both of the parnets are on good terms with one another (such as in Shar’ and Kevin’s case–supposed–ly) let’s say that Shar and Kevin established joint custody and something happened to her and–for instance her parents sued for custody of the children. He would stand a better chance to get his children with less red tape.
Keep this in mind BEFORE your rebuttal–
The courts don’t always award custody just because a person establishes maternity or paternity!

My weekend shows at The Barn Dinner Theatre have taken off! (Smokey Joe’s Cafe) Two of our directors (here at work) came out to see my performance over the weekend and e-mailed everyone and their mother about how much they enjoyed it! Now–I’ve got managers from all over asking for tickets to the show. The funny thing is the higher up in management–those are the ones that don’t want to fork over the $48.00 to come see it–they asking for comp. tickets! Lmao!!!!!

Why is it so hard for people to believe that Kevin loves his kids? Why is it so hard for people to believe that he doesn’t want them with a coke head? I would like to believe that any father would go to bat for their children regardless of the money they may receive. If he didn’t fight for them you would say it’s about money now that he did it’s still about money. He’s damned if he do and he’s damned if he don’t. He has them now so he deserves every dime he gets for just putting up with that nutcase.
I’m not a fan of Kevin but he’s the lesser of two evils. The judge had a list of things that they both had to do and she failed to do them. This girl never even bothered to get a valid drivers licence in California or Louisiana(that one was expired). If anybody thinks that the judge only took those kids away because of the licence “thing” you are sadly mistaken. Remember she had to submit to random drug test and enroll in parenting classes and counseling WITH Kevin. I’m sure that pics of her driving and not going in for the counseling is what his lawyer strolled into court with this morning.
God bless those boys and I really do hope she gets her act together and her priorities straight.
It seems like the most unstable, craziest people are the ones who have everything. I do not feel sorry for her in the least bit! She had everything- looks, money, and a great career. And what does she do? Throws it all away!
First of all, she shouldn’t have pursued Kevin knowing he was with someone who was PREGNANT with his SECOND child, and secondly, she shouldn’t have rushed into a marriage and rushed into motherhood. Those things take time, and raising a family takes WAAAYYY more than a fat bank account, obviously. If she really loved Kevin and wanted to start a family with him, she should have waited a while to see how the marriage was going to work before bringing kids in the picture. That’s what you gotta do; you may know how you feel about the person, but you don’t really know what kind of husband/wife they are going to be until after you marry them.
After seeing her performance on the VMA’s I must admit I felt sorry for her. I was like she’s obviously going through some things and that’s why she’s acting out, etc. But then she flashed her vajayjay like 2 times that week, and she didn’t even try to get it together to keep her kids. I don’t know what type of person Kevin is, but at least he’s not on drugs and at least he has tried to be a responsible parent. After the announcement that he was seeking custody, you didn’t really see him anywhere doing anything that could be detrimental to his case. But Britney’s dumb *ss was still out everywhere being stupid! We know she’s not stable, but she didn’t even ATTEMPT to fake it. That’s sad.
I read other people saying “how can you judge” and “yall act like you’re so perfect”. My response to that is– It’s not about being perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. But after you’ve established a pattern of doing the same things over and over, then they are no longer mistakes; they are a way of life. I hope that she will get her life together.

This shit is crazy!! I sympathize with Brit because things just happened too fast for her, she got married,and had two kids all in the span of two years?!? That would be hard on any normal person, not to think all of this is happening in the public eye. True enough what goes around comes back around, but I never thought she would end up like this. I think that she suffered from post partum deppression and then the divorce didn’t make things any better, I seriously hope that she gets the help that she needs, so that she can be in her sons lives. here are my thoughts on the Britney/KFed thing
Britney was obviously on the rebound from Justin Timberlake so she went and found someone who looked a lot like him as a diss to Justin….then when things got serious with KFed, I think she, like many other women who are trying to compete with existing Baby Mamas got pregnant…I truly believe that in the beginning of the marriage,it was okay…but the problem is, KFed was not ready for the wife and kids…he could have had that with Shar but chose not to but Aha…Britney had money..and to a scrub like KFed it was in his best interest to comply with the whole domestic thing becuase he would be benefiting…when they broke up so soon after her last child, I think she showed signs of postpartum (sp?) which can be a Bit*&….also she was left wondering if KFed was going back to Shar…and what could she do to keep him since taking the sports car that she bought him back didn’t seem to keep him in check….now she has these two kids which made sense to her when she was with KFed but don’t make sense now that KFed is not in the picture…..
Let’s look at the big picture. The judge in this case gave Britney time to clean up her act and show some maturity. She failed. She is currently a drug addict. How can anybody in their right mind say leave the kids with the crackhead? Why? Because she’s rich? Get outta here with that!

Given the circumstances, he had to do something. The chick is very unstable right now. The money ain’t the point, the safety of the children is. And yes, she needs to pay up just like any other non-custodial parent.
To those that question the Shar/K-Fed custody arrangement, may I point out that you ARE NOT REQUIRED to go to court regarding custody if both parents are satisfied with their arrangements. I.E., Shar is not mental, cracked out, and lets him see his kids as often as he wants. And evidently he pays enough support to Shar to keep her satisfied.

Anna, I disagree with you. Who cares if he wants her money, women do it all the time. It’s not right, but she should’ve known he wlays wanted her money. The point is that he is being a good father. Everyone in Hollywood parties, but Kevin never let the kids sit on his lap while he drove. Also, I never hear drug/crazy rumors about Kevin. Shar never complaine dabout his parenting skills. Obviously at this point he’s more fit. People lose their kids all the time. At least they’re with their dad (all over the world children don’t have their dads) and not the gov’t system. IMO–no matter who pursued whom–He was committed to someone else!
